3rd Annual A to Z Hot Dot Tour
The Sunday Parade reported Americans eat some 7 billion hot dogs every summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Well, I don’t think we’ll come close to 7 billion this year, but we usually add double digits to this count. It’s said, good things come in threes, so this being our third annual hot dog tour with Terry and Alan, we are hopeful not to be disappointed. It was Alan’s turn to map out our tour which was in the state of CT. Top Dog Starting out from Ludlow on a rather overcast morning, we headed to our first stop of Top Dog in Portland, Ct. See itinerary. The couple who own and operate Top Dog were very friendly and commented on our hot dog shirts which we were all wearing. In fact, we received several comments from people which led us to tell them we were on our third annual hot dog tour. Top Dog serves Thuman hotdogs and we all agreed they were very good.
